|Harsh is currently the Central Head of Marketing & Phygital – DLF Shopping Malls. He heads all the Central Marketing functions, Digital transformation & Phygital Consumer Products for Indian’s biggest retail marketplaces. Throughout his idyllic career, he has had a hand in some high-profile endeavors’. Prior to DLF, he was the Director and Head – Merchant Strategy & Seller Ecosystem at Shopclues where he successfully delivered multi-folds business growth while heading the category management. He also successfully spearheaded the Central Strategy Team, impacting revenues of USD 1 billion+, while leading the path towards profitability in e-commerce. In the past he has also been associated with Godrej, a leading Indian conglomerate as Group Business & Strategy Controller heading Pricing, Product and Channel Strategy for a USD 700 million portfolio.
While marketing has always been his interest and fascination, being an Engineering graduate, he started his career developing Business Intelligence systems for Accenture technology and consulting. With over a decade of Strategy focused experience with ShopClues, Godrej, Accenture and significant albeit small associations with ITC, Unilever’s & Reckitt Benckiser; Harsh is a clear communicator who leads with respect, passion, and integrity. His professional leadership, strategic vision, long list of professional affiliations and devotion to community outreach has never gone unnoticed. He is an amateur script writer & actor dabbling in Avant-garde plays. His interests reach out to Sociology and Psephology (the statistical study of elections and trends in voting) as well.
