Vivek joined the Collage Group in May 2006 as Director (Marketing) and is directly responsible for overseeing the Marketing, Leasing and the Sales function. Over the last few years he has worked with leading real estate developers on branding, demand assessment, land valuation, retail project concepts, zoning, tenancy mix and leasing strategies to build long term sustainability into retail real estate projects.
Vivek has 20 years of diverse experience spanning sales, marketing and advertising at leading companies like ITC Agro Tech, Dabur India, JWT and ICI India.
An MBA (Marketing) from Scottish Business School, University of Stirling, Scotland, UK and an Economics (Hons) graduate from Delhi University, he has a deep and abiding interest in vintage car restoration and is an avid golfer. |
