Sumit Anand heads the global real estate group for India at Lehman Brothers. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, He has been involved with the real estate sector in India since 1995. He was part of the India founding office of CB Richard Ellis and later headed the consulting and advisory business at Colliers Jardine. During his career, Anand has worked across all regional real estate markets in India and been involved with private as well as public sector real estate projects across all asset classes. He holds an MBA with a major in Analytical Finance from the Indian School of Business at Hyderabad and is an architect from the School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi.
