DPS Kohli is the chairman, Koutons Retail India Ltd. He has a B Tech degree from IIT Kanpur. After a stint at managing the family business of retailing bicycles, electrical and electronics goods in Orissa, Kohli shifted to New Delhi and started an export garment business. In 1990 Charlie Creations was born. He has been honoured with an Udyog Patra in July 2003 by The Institute of Trade and Industrial Development. Kohli looks after the administration, finance and new business areas of the company's business.
