Bijou Kurien heads the Lifestyle and Luxury verticals in the retail initiative. He is a postgraduate in Business Management, having graduated from the Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur, India in 1981. He joined Hindustan Lever Ltd., as a management trainee and worked in sales, marketing and projects for six years. Kurien later joined Titan Industries Ltd. in 1987 and worked in various capacities such as regional manager, marketing controller, vice president - sales and marketing and later the COO (Watch division).
