Avnish Singh is the country head for GE Real Estate (GERE) in India, leading the company’s direct equity and debt investments across different asset classes via acquisitions, joint ventures and indirect vehicles such as specialised real estate funds. Prior to GE RE, Jain was with Jones Lang LaSalle’s (JLL) Asian Capital Market Group in Singapore, and specialised in cross-border equity in Southeast Asia & India markets.
