Alok Aggarwal is the Managing Partner & CEO of the Real Estate Business at Milestone Capital Advisors. At Milestone, Alok is responsible for all funds in the real estate development, mezzanine and REIT like structures. Alok brings with him over 26 years of experience in deal sourcing, evaluation, closing & asset management across asset classes, and has been involved into investments in residential, commercial, warehousing & mixed-use development. Prior to joining Milestone, he has served as Director with SUN-AREA Property Partners, a joint venture between Ares Management & SUN Group. Ares Management is a global alternative asset manager with $68 billion under management. SUN-AREA manages one of the largest India dedicated FDI funds of $630 million. Prior to his private equity career, Alok has worked with companies like DLF, The Chatterjee Group and Mahindra GESCO in leadership roles in functions like development management from conceptualization to completion, business development and leasing. Alok is a graduate from IIT Delhi & MBA from ISB, Hyderabad.

Anand has had a prolific 25 years career in hotels, auto retail and malls, and is known in the industry for his specialist skill sets during the launch and turnaround stages of these businesses. His penchant for Business Excellence coupled with deployment of customized strategies has helped him set new benchmarks in most organisations. He has the distinction of being recognized as the youngest hotel General Manager at 29 and was conferred with the “Prime Mover” award by General Motors for excellence in auto retailing. He is, today, considered one of the leading authorities on malls and mixed use assets in the country. Some of the recent achievements where he has played the lead role in the last decade include Inorbit, Marketcity Assets, Palladium and High Street Phoenix - brands that are highly valued today and are regarded to be the standards for malls and mixed-use assets in the country. All these organisations have won multiple best-in-class awards at national and international levels including the prestigious Maxi Award by International Council of Shopping Centres. Consulting stints with Littlewoods International (UK) as also with hotels and large scale real estate developments have given him rare insights into how ‘Service blue printing’ and customer delight processes should be central to any organisation that seeks sustained leadership. His role at leading the planning & design team of Inorbit has helped him attain a superior understanding of the nuances of successful real estate developments. A graduate of Institute of Hotel Management, Pusa, Delhi, Anand also has a commerce degree from Delhi University and an MBA from University of Durham Business School, U.K.. He specializes in Corporate Strategy, Service Marketing, and Business Process Re-engineering and believes in creating organisations that can sustain high profitability along with growth in service oriented real estate businesses such as malls, hotels and mixed use assets.

He is the Managing Director of E-City Ventures – the corporate brand that represents the cinema exhibition and retail realty initiatives of The Essel Group. E-City Ventures is a major diversification initiated by Mr. Goel that is redefining Out-of-Home Entertainment & Lifestyle experiences. These include movie exhibition and entertainment (Fun Multiplex Pvt. Ltd.), digital cinema (E-City Digital Cinema Pvt. Ltd.), as well as retail real estate development (E-City Realty Holdings Pvt. Ltd.) retail property management (E-City Property & Management Services Pvt. Ltd.) and on screen and off – screen advertising and branding (E- City Media Pvt Ltd.) Looking ahead, ECV has evolved a three-pronged strategy to consolidate the cinema business: the strategy, and has brought more than 500 cinema screens under its fold by 2014 multiplex format (lifestyle & value cinema), digital screens and refurbished properties. Mr. Mears is a results-oriented real estate professional with over 26 years of property development, management, leasing and marketing experience. Property types include regional shopping centres, community shopping centres and commercial office buildings ranging from 10,000 to 160,000sqm in Australia and Asia. He is also a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centres) and is certified by them for his SCSM (Senior Certified Shopping Centre Manager). In 2010, he formed his own company Retail Analysys in response to developers needs for a Specialist Shopping Centre Development Management and Marketing Consultancy which specialises in Asia. He is currently responsible directly responsible for the development and management of a portfolio of shopping centres in Malaysia for MRCB valued in excess of RM1 billion. Totally accountable for the performance of the company, particularly growth of the bottom line and benchmarking of the company internationally. In addition we are also working on two other projects in Malaysia and Singapore; (1) 43 acre mixed use development responsible for strategic planning and development. This will incorporate a shopping centre, commercial offices, serviced apartments, hotels and shoplots. (2) Provide a retail audit on an existing shopping centre whereby we review the Management and Operations and provide a solution to improve ROI and performance of the centre. Prior projects have been Vietnam and before that he has been directly responsible for the purchase, development and management of a portfolio of shopping centres for the Hektar Group in Malaysia valued in excess of US$250 million. His role also included the structuring the policies, procedures, accounting and reporting systems within the management, marketing and operations areas based upon best practice in the Asian, Australian and US markets. Through various potential acquisitions and numerous visits, Mr. Mears is familiar with real estate markets in Malaysia, Singapore, China, Vietnam, Cambodia and India. He has also been involved in extensive site visits to shopping centres throughout the Asia Pacific and US regions. He is a powerful personal producer with the ability to attain profit objectives whilst maintaining a retail, staff and customer focus. By adhering to the best practice principles of shopping centre management he has consistently delivered improvements in asset value, net performance, cost minimisation, and increased profitability across all properties. He has a history of strong performances in a highly competitive industry, with specific expertise in managing start-up ventures in the retail sector. Mr Mears is 47 years old and is an Australian national and based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Dheeraj Dogra an Indian American Retail and Real Estate veteran with over 23 years of experience in managing successful retail chains and Malls across the globe. He is an MBA with a Masters certificate in CRM from The City University of New York. He holds an Advance Certificate in Marketing Strategy from Cornell University. He has also been conferred with MRICS for his contribution towards the development of professionalism and standards, in the real estate industry . A certified mystery shopper, he is Gold Star certified by The Friedman Group for Retail sales. He is currently associated with Shristi Group of companies as a Group Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to this Dheeraj was associated with BNP PARIBAS Real Estate as their National Director Retail and Shopping centre Advisory Services for India. Dheeraj has been nominated and won several awards including a leadership award for Excellence in Real Estate in Asia presented by the CMO council Asia in Singapore. Dheeraj has been adjudged as "Greatest Corporate Leader of India" by Indiasgreatest.com for his contribution to real estate and development. Dheeraj has also been associated with Express Infrastructure(The Indian Express Group), Ansal Api and DLF in leadership roles. Dheeraj also comes with 19 years of hardcore retail experience in the United States with the likes of Macy’s, Bloomingdales, Bed Bath & Beyond, ABC Carpet & Home etc. as part of their core management teams. In the year 1996 Dheeraj was adjudged “Employee of the year” for Macy's Department Stores. Ms. Dinaz Madhukar, the Senior Vice President of DLF Luxury Retail is a stalwart in the hospitality sector in India and a name to reckon with in the ever-growing luxury retail space. Her work dynamism has made her successfully tread multiple roles in her career path, mapping and acing every milestone that came along her way, naturally progressing from Hospitality to Luxury Retail. Ms. Madhukar has over 24 years of operational experience with The Taj Group of Hotels, India’s largest luxury hospitality chain, part of the prestigious TATA group of companies, as General Manager where she lead multiple functions with her final posting as General Manager of the charming Taj Connemara, a heritage property in Chennai with 150 years of history. She holds a Masters degree in General Management from IIM Bangalore and a Bachelor’s degree in General Law.
